How it All Started

Curiosity has always been my compass, especially during periods when life looked good on paper but felt quietly off. I spent years in the corporate world meeting every marker of success, while carrying a persistent sense of disconnect. With a background in science, I was trained to trust logic and data, and to dismiss the inner questions about meaning, energy, and fit that often surface during life transitions.

As an immigrant living across multiple countries, uncertainty became familiar early on. Navigating new cultures, languages, and professional norms taught me that confidence does not come from certainty alone. It grows through adaptation, learning, and the ability to stay steady while things change.

Over time, burnout and misalignment made it impossible to keep pushing forward in the same way. Rethinking success became unavoidable. What mattered was no longer the next title or perfectly optimized process, but wholeness, energy, and integrity. Learning to listen more closely, question assumptions, and rebuild from the inside out became the foundation of my work.

Today, I work with professionals and leaders who find themselves at similar crossroads. People who are capable and accomplished, yet navigating moments when something no longer fits and the way forward is unclear.

Exploring What Really Shapes Us

At the core of my work is a deep interest in the human experience, particularly how people navigate leadership, change, and well being under pressure. When we return to basic human needs like connection, belonging, and meaning, something steadier becomes possible.

My experiences with yoga, mindfulness, and living across cultures showed me how simple, grounding practices support resilience and clearer decision making. For people facing burnout or major transitions, this is not about self care trends. It is about creating the conditions that allow leadership and fulfillment to hold up over time.

Leadership, as I see it, grows from self awareness and presence. It shows up in how we respond to complexity, how we relate to others, and how we carry responsibility when things are uncertain.

To Becoming a Coach

My work blends grounded practices such as yoga and mindfulness with practical, research informed tools like process improvement and Positive Intelligence. Rather than offering systems to follow, this approach helps people understand how their energy, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact during periods of change and uncertainty.

Through my own experiences as a mother, immigrant, scientist, yogi, project manager, and coach, I have seen that meaningful growth rarely comes from pushing harder. It tends to happen at the intersection of ambition, leadership, and well being.

I work as a thinking partner, helping people build awareness, examine internal patterns, and develop a more sustainable way of leading themselves through complexity and change.
