In the middle of a life transition?
This is where how you lead yourself shifts, and things begin to feel more possible.
Once the Old Way Stops Working
A transition rarely moves in a straight line. Something ends or shifts, but what comes next is not yet formed. You are no longer where you were, and not yet where you are going.
Why Burnout Often Shows Up Here
Burnout often appears here, not because you are failing, but because uncertainty has lasted too long. When there is no next step, the body and mind stay on alert.
When You’re in the Messy In-Between
This space can feel disorienting and exhausting. You may still function on the outside while feeling unsteady inside, second-guessing decisions or feeling disconnected from energy and direction.
Where the Next Phase Takes Shape
Change rarely begins with certainty. It begins when you meet what’s here with more presence and self-trust. This is where meaning and leadership quietly take shape through how you choose to move forward.

Staying Connected to What Matters During Times of Change
Most people I work with are not trying to fix their lives.
They are trying to stay oriented when something important has changed and the way forward is no longer obvious.
A role ends. A direction stops fitting. The ground shifts before anything new has taken shape. Burnout, doubt, and exhaustion often follow. Not because something is wrong, but because complexity and uncertainty have been asking more than the system can reasonably give.
I am an ICF certified PCC coach and facilitator with a background in science and business. I work with people navigating life transitions and prolonged periods of uncertainty, including career changes, identity shifts, and moments when energy, confidence, or direction feel unreliable.
This work is not about forcing answers or rushing clarity. It is about learning how to stay present, grounded, and self trusting while things are still unfolding. That is what leadership looks like in moments of real change. Together, we focus on restoring capacity, rebuilding energy, and staying connected to what matters, even before the next phase fully comes into view.
I help people stay connected to themselves when life is in the middle of becoming something else.
Coaching philosophy
Everything is Energy
How you show up matters.
Not just what you do, but how you think, feel, and respond under pressure.
During periods of change, burnout, or uncertainty, energy often becomes scattered. Stress shows up in the body. Reactions become automatic. Decision making gets harder. These are not mindset failures. They are signals about how much strain the system is carrying.
I work through the lens of Core Energy Coaching, using the methodology from Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the Energy Leadership Index assessment. This approach offers a practical way to understand how energy is being used, where it is being depleted, and how long standing patterns shape responses during complexity and change.
By paying attention to the relationship between thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and daily choices, this work helps people respond with more intention rather than habit. Over time, energy stabilizes, self trust returns, and leadership begins to shift in ways that feel grounded and sustainable.
This is not about quick fixes or forcing outcomes. It is about creating space to notice what is actually happening and making small, meaningful adjustments that support steadiness over time. The impact is often subtle at first, but lasting. More choice under pressure. More clarity in how decisions are made. More capacity to stay connected to yourself while life is still unfolding.
What is Coaching, Really?
A Thoughtful Process, Centered on You
Coaching is not about advice or solutions.
It is a space to think more clearly, reflect more honestly, and examine what is actually happening beneath the surface.
As your coach, I work as a thinking partner. I listen closely, ask questions that slow things down, and stay with you as you make sense of change. You decide the direction. My role is to support the quality of attention, judgment, and choice along the way.
From Insight to Meaningful Movement
People often come to coaching during periods of transition, burnout, or uncertainty. Something no longer fits, and what once felt meaningful may feel distant or harder to access.
Coaching helps you notice patterns, name what matters now, and reconnect with a sense of purpose that feels grounded rather than imposed. From there, movement becomes more intentional. Not rushed, but aligned with who you are becoming and what this phase of life is asking of you.
Learning to Lead Yourself Through Uncertainty
This work is not about pushing harder or fixing yourself.
It is about learning how to stay present, grounded, and self trusting when things are unsettled.
Over time, people often find that decisions feel clearer, meaning feels more accessible, and leadership shows up naturally in how they carry responsibility, make choices, and stay connected to what matters, even before the next chapter fully takes shape.
