Build Your Energy Dashboard
Your energy dashboard is an energetic summary of who you are; it provides a snapshot of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy, and is used to increase focus, performance and overall well-being. You will learn about each of these four energy systems and their respective impact on your personal energy. This energy dashboard will become your roadmap for your unique Hero’s Journey. By getting this bird-eye view of your life, you can identify where you are excelling and where there is room for improvement—where the gaps are between where you are today and where you want to be in the future.
Identify Your Energy Deficits and Strengths
You are the product of your everyday habits, and everyday, you choose whether you want to improve yourself, maintain excellence or contribute to your own discontent. However, first you must be aware of habits that drain or recharge your energy, so you can take the necessary steps to change them. You are a battery. Every day you start off with 100% charge. How do you use your energy? Since you have a limited number of hours in a day, you must not only make intelligent choices about how to use the hours, but must also ensure that you have the energy available to invest in your highest priorities.
Design Consistent Positive Rituals
You will learn to design your unique positive rituals that can become automated habits and can optimize and manage your overall energy. What you repeatedly do defines who you become. Habits develop without us knowing it — after various repetitions, our brain switches to automatic mode. Rituals, on the other hand, are done with deliberate intention and focus and develop meaningful, long-lasting habits. Building positive rituals into your life will allow you to put the energy enhancing behaviors on auto-pilot. In order to maintain momentum, you can employ the 80/20 rule and domino effect principle to establish an effective ritual cascade.

What is the format is the course?
For best results and optimal awareness, it is recommended to follow the suggested order of the modules and lessons and trust the process! The course is designed in a video format — 37 segments. It will also include a number of exercise and relevant reference material.

Learning about energy management takes time and effort. It’s a personal investment that will last a lifetime. There are is not shortcut or magic formula.
